Welcome to the Join Page for the Prarie Hearth Virtual Coven! We are an online group of close-minded individuals who seek to share what we have learned in our paths as well as learn from those around us. The PHVC webring requires a website to join through the following form. However, PHVC is welcome to members without pages- just send an e-mail to Robin and she will add you to our member list. Other ways to participate in the coven include a Newsletter, a mailing list and a bulletain board. For information on these, please go to our heart page.
Requirements for the PHVC WebRing
Requirements of joining the PHVC WebRing are...
A Webpage which contains information about wicca, metaphysics or alternative medacine.
You must also have an active e-mail account.
After you fill out the join form, your page will be submitted for review. In order to be accepted a page must be mostly complete and contain enough information to stand on its own! Pages that bash other religions, contain vulgar profanity (some is OK, as long as it isn't out of hand), tasteless nudity or prejudice towards a certain group of people will not be accepted, nor pages containing mis-informing information.
Upon acceptance into the ring, you will be notified by E-mail.
So how do I join?
1. Fill out the following Form
2. Paste the html onto your webpage and edit it as needed. (The html snippet will be sent to you via e-mail.)
3. Send Robin an e-mail message saying that the html is in.
4. After you receive your confirmation that your site is accepted, make sure to tell Robin if your site is moving or going down!
After you submit your site to the ring, you will need to save this graphic and upload it to your server. Or, there are other optional graphics, if you don't like this one. Click here to check them out.
